選購了一臺飼料混合機，如果不能正確使用的話，不但會縮短飼料加工設備的使用壽命，而且也會影響工作效率，導致事倍功半。
1、飼料加工設備長期作業，應固定在水泥基礎上。

2、飼料加工設備安裝完后要檢查各部緊固件的緊固情況，若有松動須予以擰緊。

3、要檢查皮帶松緊度是否合適，電動機軸和粉碎機軸是否平行，飼料加工設備的粉碎機啟動前，先用手轉動轉子，檢查一下齒爪、錘片及轉子運轉是否靈活可靠，殼內有無碰撞現象，轉子的旋向是否與機上箭頭所指方向一致，電機與粉粹機潤滑是否良好。

4、不要隨便更換飼料加工設備的皮帶輪，以防轉速過高使粉碎室產生爆炸，或轉速太低影響工作效率，飼料加工設備啟動后先空轉2-3分鐘，沒有異常現象后再投料工作。

5、工作中要隨時注意飼料加工設備的運轉情況，送料要均勻，以防阻塞悶車，不要長時間超負荷運轉。若發現有振動、雜音、軸承與機體溫度過高、向外噴料等現象，應立即停車檢查，排除故障后方可繼續工作。
