飼料機械的結(jié)構(gòu)原理：
1.可避免動物挑食。配合飼料配方有多種原料，營養(yǎng)全面，可防止動物從粉料中挑選其愛吃的，拒絕攝入其他成分的現(xiàn)象。

2.飼料報酬率高。在制粒過程中，由于水分、溫度和壓力的綜合作用，使飼料發(fā)生一些理化反應(yīng)，使淀粉糊化，酶的活性增強，能使被喂飼動物更有效地消化飼料，轉(zhuǎn)化為體重的增加。

飼料機械的正確使用：
1、粉碎機長期作業(yè)，應(yīng)固定在水泥基礎(chǔ)上。如果經(jīng)常變動工作地點，粉碎機與電動機要安裝在用角鐵制作的機座上，如果粉碎機柴油作動力，應(yīng)使兩者功率匹配，即柴油機功率略大于粉碎機功率，并使兩者的皮帶輪槽一致，皮帶輪外端面在同一平面上。

2、粉碎機安裝完后要檢查各部緊固件的緊固情況，若有松動須予以擰緊。

3、要檢查皮帶松緊度是否合適，電動機軸和粉碎機軸是否平行。

4、粉碎機啟動前，先用手轉(zhuǎn)動轉(zhuǎn)子，檢查一下齒爪、錘片及轉(zhuǎn)子運轉(zhuǎn)是否靈活可靠，殼內(nèi)有無碰撞現(xiàn)象，轉(zhuǎn)子的旋向是否與機上箭頭所指方向一致，電機與粉粹機潤滑是否良好。
